Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Lighting Tower Hire (“LTH”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use our services.

Services
LTH provides rental and sales services of lighting towers and other related equipment. We may, at our discretion, refuse service or limit quantities ordered by any customer.

Rental Period
Our rental period begins on the day the equipment is delivered and ends on the day it is collected or returned to our premises. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing.

Payment
All rental fees are payable in full in advance. If payment is not made in accordance with the agreed payment terms, we reserve the right to cancel the rental agreement and collect the equipment.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection of equipment are charged separately and are subject to availability. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver or collect equipment due to circumstances beyond our control.

Damage and Loss
The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period, fair wear and tear excepted. The customer must notify us immediately of any loss or damage to the equipment.

Warranties and Liability
LTH warrants that the equipment will be fit for purpose and in good working condition at the time of delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the equipment, including any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Termination
We may terminate this Agreement and collect the equipment at any time if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments
LTH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
